A: We have a variety of Base Metals used for the Logo Jewelries that we make such as Real Gold of any Karat, Sterling Silver, Stainless Steel and Premium Yellow Gold Metal Alloy.

Q: How can I verify the authenticity of your jewelry?

A: For precious metals like Real Gold and Sterling Silver, every piece is covered with Warranty Card

A: Yes, Our Main Office and Factory is located at 9 Troy Compound, Brgy. Bahay Toro, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

A: Yes, we ship to most major local areas and internationally. Delivery times may vary based on location.

Q: Do you offer customization?

A: Yes, we accept custom jewelry requests. You can send your design inspiration, preferred materials, and size details for a quote.

Q: How do I know my ring size?

A: We provide a Downloadable Finger Ring Size Chart, or you can visit any local jewelry shop to have your finger measured. You may also request assistance from our team.

Q: Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

A: Most RNP Jewelry pieces are hypoallergenic, depending on the material. Please check product descriptions or ask our team for guidance.

Q: Do you restock sold-out items?

A: Restocking depends on availability of materials. You may request a notification once the item becomes available again.

Q: Do your items come with a warranty?

A: Yes, we offer a warranty for manufacturing defects. Accidental damage is not covered.

Q: Are your products suitable for everyday wear?

A: Most of our jewelry pieces are designed for daily use. Care instructions vary depending on material.

A: We accept GCash, Bank transfer, and Cash Payments (if applicable).

A: Yes, all prices include VAT unless otherwise specified.

Q: Do you offer installment plans?

A: Yes, installment options are Available for our College Rings Product Line. Our Sales Team can assist on the best payment plans that best suits your finances.

Q: Do prices change over time?

A: Prices may change depending on international market rates for real gold and sterling silver. We apply validity of prices for previous metals. For non precious metals such as stainless steel and premium yellow metal, we apply a yearly change in prices.

Q: Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

A: Yes, we offer special pricing for bulk or wholesale orders. Our prices are cheaper by the dozen.

Production Leadtime

Q: How long does it take for an order to be completed?

A: Standard production leadtime takes 3-4 weeks.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, International shipping is available. We use Fedex, UPS and DHL as our partner International courier.

Q: Can I pick up my order in person?

A: Yes, in-store pickup is allowed. Please schedule ahead so we can prepare your item.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Q: Do you accept returns?

No, we don't accept returns due to the fact that your order is highly customized and made according to your own preferences.

Q: How do refunds work?

A: Refunds are applied if due to Factory Defects or Error. It will go through a rigid validation before a refund will be made.

Q: Do you offer product replacement?

A: Yes, replacements are allowed if the item is unused and in Perfect Condition. A valid reason will also be required before a replacement will be allowed.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a product defect.
